Don Norman has been called "the guru of workable technology" (Newsweek). This CD about him is one of Voyager's First Person series. It contains the full text of three of Donald Norman's books published in print format in the late 1980s to early '90s: The Design of Everyday Things, Turn Signals are the Facial Expressions of Automobiles, and Things That Make Us Smart: Defending Human Attributes in the Age of the Machine, all embellished sporadically with brief audio or video segments of Norman providing commentary.
